We are happy to
attend Exhibitions with our layouts. All our layouts are being built with
Exhibitions in mind.
It is club policy that we do not charge for attending an Exhibition, all we ask is that reasonable expensies are paid, for example, Van Hire & Fuel for the Van.
Where the exhibition is not being held within reasonable safe and practical travelling distance, we may ask you to provide accomdation. We will discuss this with you before accepting an invite to attend.

The space shown is for the layout only and does not take into account the space needed for operators. We will normally bring whoever is available to the exhibition from our membership as operators. This is not normally a problem as at present we are a small club.
